WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

I usually work from 10 a.m till 7 p.m. GTM+2, but you will probably be able to reach me before and after those hours. If you want to convert the time to your zone, please click this link.

CAN YOU WORK IN MY TIME ZONE?

This is absolutely possible if you are based in the following parts of the Word: South and North America, Europe, South Africa and West Asia. Unfortunately, at the moment I can not provide my services in a real time for clients in Australia and New Zealand, because of the huge time difference. But I expect this will be possible once I expand my business as planned. In any case, we can always use a project management tool that will help us both in constant communication, collaboration and task delegation.

CAN I HIRE YOU FOR A SINGLE TASK?

Sure you can do. Formatting your book or re-tying your document, arranging your trip these are some of the task you can delegate as a single and the only task to me.

How do I know you`re actually working on the task I delegated?

Once you sign the agreement, I will send you all required details to log in into our shared cloud office, where you will be able to check the total amount logged against your task.

CAN YOU HELP WITH OUTSOURCING?

Yeah, absolutely. If you are interested in any additional service not stated on the website, please do not hesitate to message me. I will find the right solution for all your needs including a graphic designer, website developer, writer and so much more…

HOW TO USE THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL?

Once you are in, you will receive an email with the introduction video with detail explanation and all details you need to find your way around the project management tool we use. It does not matter if you have never used any of these, because our video is all you need to get started with work.

WHAT ARE THE WAYS OF COMMUNICATION YOU USE?

We use online tools such as Skype, Hangouts, emails, project management tools or any other tool you prefer. But it is recommended to use the project management tool we provide as this way we will have everything in one place. This does not mean you can not send us email if you are in a hurry or ping a message via Skype, but the task delegation should be done through our project management tool.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SEND INVOICES?

Invoices are usually sent monthly, but if you prefer we can arrange two weeks payments.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAY PAL?

Of course we do. Aside from Pay Pal, you can pay using your credit card as well.

DO YOU APPLY FEES FOR LATE PAYMENT?

Everybody applies them, so we do this as well. Our payment term is 10 days from the moment you received the invoice.
